Unsecured funding provided to the Body Corporate
Our loans fund the Body Corporate, not individual owners. There is no impact on owner’s individual credit rating and no personal guarantees are required.
Drawdown on available funds as required
When a Body Corporate Funding is approved, the Body Corporate has access to the approved amount, but not all the funds are deposited and accrue interest on day one. You simply draw down as needed. You are not committed to utilising the entire amount approved.
Stays with the unit
When a unit changes hands, the new owner takes over the repayments and associated levies. As the Body Corporate Funding is provided to the Body Corporate and the cost of investing in remediating the asset stays with the unit – so owners don’t lose out by having paid the whole amount upfront through levies.
